The best retailer stands out for exceptional customer service, diverse product offerings, and seamless shopping experiences. They prioritize customer satisfaction, maintain high-quality standards, and innovate to meet evolving market demands. Their reputation for reliability, value, and excellence sets them apart as a leader in the retail industry.

NOMINATION RULES & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Each participating agency or organization may nominate multiple entries across multiple categories.
  2. Each entry may be nominated in more than one category. In such cases, the same entry submitted in an additional category will be treated as a separate entry and charged accordingly.
  3. All entries for Bangladesh Retail Awards 2026 must be submitted through the official online platform. Organizations must complete all required fields in the nomination form with adequate and accurate information.
  4. All necessary content materials must be uploaded to Google Drive, and the shareable link must be provided in the online form. The Google Drive folder must include:
    • A PowerPoint presentation based on the prescribed template
    • Supporting images of the entry (maximum 3 high-resolution images)
    • A No Objection Certificate (NOC), signed and sealed by the owner of the campaign or strategy
    • Definitive proof supporting the results claimed
  5. Each entry must be submitted in the following manner, as applicable:
    • No hard copy submission is required unless specifically requested
    • Original campaign links must be shared. For example, if the entry is website-based, the live website URL must be included in the presentation
    • Each entry may be accompanied by a brief PowerPoint presentation. Word limits will be strictly enforced
  6. Agencies must obtain and confirm a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the respective client before submitting an entry.
  7. All claimed campaign results must be verified through a client-issued NOC. Additional supporting reports and documents must be submitted where applicable.
  8. Clients and agencies may not nominate the same entry in the same category. However, the same entry may be nominated in different categories, provided there is no redundancy.
  9. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn.
  10. Any incomplete nomination form will be disqualified.
  11. All entries must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026 (Tuesday).
  12. Submission fees of BDT 12,500 plus 15% VAT per entry must be paid with each submission. Payments may be made via A/C payee cheque in favor of “Brandzeal” at the Bangladesh Brand Forum office, or through the integrated online payment system on the platform.
  13. For any clarification regarding categories or submission details, participants are requested to contact the organizer.
  14. The Bangladesh Retail Awards authority reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the stated guidelines.
  15. All entries will be evaluated by the jury based on criteria determined by the award authority.
  16. The decisions of the Jury Panels shall be final and binding.
