By fostering collaboration, embracing innovation, and making data-driven decisions, retailers can steer towards sustainable growth and heightened customer satisfaction.

The theme for this year’s congress is “Retail Renaissance: Inspiring Innovation” theme focuses on the transformative changes in the retail industry driven by technological advancements, evolving consumer preferences, and a heightened emphasis on sustainability. It explores how retailers can leverage AI, AR/VR, and omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experiences, personalize offerings, and adopt eco-friendly practices. Ian F. Wade is a distinguished professional with over 50 years of corporate management experience. He is best known for his transformative leadership at A.S. Watson Group where he served as Group Managing Director. His significant contributions to the business world include rescuing Priceline.com from bankruptcy and aiding in the development of ASDA in the UK.Ian's achievements earned him the Bronze Bauhinia Star from the Hong Kong Government and the Italian Knighthood "Commandatore" for his services to business. He co-founded Waterhouse Wade to offer business acumen and insights. Ian has served as an advisor and board member for various organizations, including the Shenzhen Government, Radica, and Sainsbury’s. His philanthropic efforts include roles with the Hong Kong Tennis Association and the Hong Kong Red Cross, reflecting his commitment to both business excellence and community service.

M. H. M. Fairoz is the Managing Director and CEO of Singer Bangladesh Limited, a role he has held since 2016. He began at the Richard Pieris Group in Sri Lanka, later joining Singer (Sri Lanka) in 2001, where he led significant growth in various positions. He also serves as a Director at International Appliances Limited and holds leadership roles in several business chambers and federations. Fairoz possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and an Accountancy qualification from Certified Management Accountants, Australia, complemented by advanced management programs from prestigious institutions.

Sabbir Hasan Nasir is a retail industry expert with over 28 years of experience in transforming and leading businesses. Currently serving as the Managing Director of ACI Logistics Ltd. (Shwapno), Nasir has a track record of success in various leadership roles. He transformed ACI Logistics Ltd. (Shwapno) into Bangladesh's largest retail chain and previously led Otobi Limited to become the country's largest furniture manufacturing and retailing brand. With expertise in retail operations, strategy development, and organizational turnarounds, Nasir has demonstrated his ability to drive growth and efficiency. His educational background includes advanced certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, further enhancing his strategic and analytical capabilities in the retail sector.
